Right from Wrong...

School violence is not a new problem. It has been around forever, although it has gotten much more intense in recent years. Most kids that do the bullying don't realize that what they're doing is not right, and could possibly stay in the mind of the child they're bullying for years. Victims of bullying end up being more depressed, and less willing to go out and do things. This is a terrible way for a young child to feel, especially if it is causing them to miss out on their childhood.  "Considering the fact that children are innocent and don't really know what is right or wrong, it becomes the duty of the schools and parents to teach them about all these aspects" (School Violence: Weapons, Crime, and Bullying NP). This means, it is up to the adults in a child's life to teach them right from wrong. Schools need to take action against violence in schools and there should be severe consequences.
